vb.org Archive - View Single Post - disable animated avatars?

I thought I saw either an option or a mod that would let me specify the maximum avatar dimensions and disable animated avatars?

I can't find it in the settings (I can't find anything in the 3.5.1 admin cp anymore, been looking at it for like 12 hours straight), nor can I seem to find that mod here on the board.

Any ideas?
