vb.org Archive - View Single Post - duplicate vBulletin.org post look + FFXI skin?

I tried to search for the answer, but search results are only as good as the search terms used.

Anyway, I would like to implement the same post look as vBulletin.org, or phpbb2 for that matter. Meaning the user panel per post is on the left side. On my current newly installed test board the user panel is across the top of each post.

Also, is anyone aware of a FFXI themed style/skin?
