I rather like the Soft Delete options of vB 3.5

However, since only Admins can view deleted posts, it greatly diminishes its effectiveness.

Can someone whip up something that allows viewing deleted posts/threads, based on user groups?

I would be greatful, and more inclined to share this plate of warm brownies.
