I have 3.5 gold and these are my 3 problems:

1) How do you make the text smaller? http://biblocality.com/forums
2) How do you decrease the width of the shoutbox?
3) How do you make so that "Currently Active Users" does not not always read "Viewing the Shoutbox" for everyone?
