I like the black and gray, but I'm not sure the logo fits with it all that well. If you want to use the brown logo, I would think about distibuting some of that brown elsewhere in the style for balance.

I love the accents created by the colored fonts. I am not as thrilled about the yellow envelope icons.

Overall, I like it. It's not too heavy on graphics. It's easy on the eyes for long-term reading. It shows forethought in forum organization. It seems to draw a reasonable amount of traffic.
