Why is it that my jokes are being seperated by a bar instead if a line?

Also when the approval is changed to 1 instead of 0, why is it that when u add a joke the user still gets this message? "Your joke has beed added to the database and is waiting to be approved! "

I know what the problem is with the joke being seperated by a bar.

edit the template jokes_view_jokesinthiscat

and change the hole content to this

Needs to be changed in the template called

jokes_madeconfirm

And find
