I'm looking for a hack that would allow users to create public usergroups based off the "Registered Users" group. So that way they can create and join usergroups.

Plus, the group leader (the one who created the group) would also be able to decide if it were request only, or like anyone could join. And effectively, remove users from that group if they so like.
