I can live with these and when I have appropriate time, I may delve into the code to find what conflicts may be as at the moment I have no time to do so. I'm still taking in the differences between this software (vbulletin) and what I'm used to. I also have web designing to do, work at my job, and a newborn baby to help take care of. This adds to my client-side frustration as I feel others may have as well in different circumstances.

Having said that, as a coder yourself and with a project in BETA stage, calling someone's database "strange" because you haven't been able to duplicate their issues doesn't mean their issues do not exist. I, myself, experienced a similar situation which was corrected with uninstalling the hack and reinstalling it. If you have a problem with one of the members, please notify a moderator. Otherwise, accept the issues that clients run into as an issue that needs to be addressed rather than dismissed.

You are NOT going to have all the answers, nor the time to answer everything, which is understandable, but please, have patience with people. I'm sure this hack and others you will do will be great ones, but it takes time and patience dealing with clients on their issues. You are in a position of professionalism and your responses need to reflect your position.
Hey christianb,

Although I agree with you entirely on your arguements, you do use the term clients. Clients, through my eyes, are people paying me to code for them. When I am dealing with clients, I have absolute patients with them. In this situation, however, I am not dealing with clients.

I may have gotten a little upset with a member, but contacting a moderator for it is really not neccesary. Also, I am not required to accept anything. This is a free script provided to the members of vbulletin.org. I know this seems a bit extreme, but it is true. In this case, I tried to aquire more information so I could see what may be wrong. I didn't recieve any significant information, only impatience.

Yes, the coders have to be patient, but so do the people installing the hacks. Specifically when the hack is in BETA. I look back on my previous post, and I don't feel like anything I said didn't need to be said. I am giving my free time to add additional features to vbulletin. I appreciate the insightful posts with bug fixes and constructive critisizm. I do not like member's judging how I code, when they can't even understand php.

Again, there has to be an equllibrium of patience between both parties. The coder and the members installing the hack should all be patient. Everyone would be happier.

Hey,

Try finding this, it should be in the navbar template.

HTML Code:
	<td class="vbmenu_control"><a href="$vboptions[bburl]/calendar.php$session[sessionurl_q]">$vbphrase[calendar]</a></td>
