Try this out. ( I have not tested this yet)

1)
edit plugin: Forumhome: Gallery Main
change hook to: forumdisplay_complete

2)
edit forumdisplay.php

PHP Code:

Find:
 'mailqueue'  

Replace with:

 'mailqueue',  
 'gallery_c_cache',  
 'adv_gallery_opt',  
 'gallery_ugroups' 


3)
Now add the following in your 'FORUMDISPLAY' template where you would like the images to appear change $forumid to forums you want.
