I recently had a site converted to use VB instead of regular site coding.

Anyways - When the members were transferred to the vb user database all went fine - except there was no input for the birthday field.

Now all the members are under COPPA and it asks them various things like to submit a parent email etc.,

In the admin panel I turned off COPPA - but its sort of too late I think for the members that were transferred before then.

Is there a way to change the COPPA settings for all these users in one go instead of editing each account manually 1 by 1?
There's about 1200 so a pretty daunting task.
