The best I can find is either sendmessage.php?do=mailmember&u=1

Or newthread.php?do=newthread&f=23

However, both of those take you flying off to do that function the second that you login.

I thought originally that login.php would do it but it doesn't. It just gives you an incorrect username/password message, or I managed to acheive a blank screen with it too, so neither of those are any use at all.
