What day or what time, if yesterday, you down load the zip file? Late yesterday afternoon I modified the original zip file to include the following instructions, which I forgot in the very first zip file:

To make the images appear do the following: UserCp >> Control Panel >> Edit Options >> Miscellaneous Options >> Member Mood Display >> Select Image from Drop Down Box >> Save!
