Hello,
How many people would be interested in a blog management system? Mainly the system would consist of a blog (categories, comments, rss, atom, [trackback]), pages (sections, sub-sections, templates), image gallery (thumbnailers in a grid format)? Do you think a lot of people would go for this?
To be more clear, the system would be a full fledge content management system for vBulletin.
The system would include:
Blog- Categories
- Comments
- Separate Page From Post
- Spam Protection
- Syndication
- URL
- /index.php?section=blog&post=title_of_post
- /index.php?section=blog&page=comments&post=title_of _post
- /index.php?section=blog&category=fruits <- archives, category format
- /index.php?section=blog&year=2004&month=10&day=5 <-archives, date format
Pages- Sections
- Breadcrumbs
- URL
- /index.php?section=foo&subsection=bar&page=blah
Photo Gallery
Thumbnails in a grid format that when you click on take you to a page with the full image. You can specify # of columns and # of rows, then it would span pages (1,2,3,4,5, etc).
URL Structure
/index.php?section=gallery <- default album
/index.php?section=gallery&subsection=album_title&p age=# <-viewing pages in a specific album
Links
Pretty self explainatory, a yahoo like directory of URLs
/index.php?section=links
/index.php?section=links&subsection=category_title& page=#(id# of site)
