And by the looks of it, it seems you are doing it correctly, from what I know anyway. Some themes don't have an installation instructions file because it's the same for all themes. Upload the image folder in your /images/ folder, and import the xml file for it.

I am uploading all the images to the images folder under the them name like this
1: Upload images to "forums/images/bluepearl

bluepearl is the name of the theme this is the directions on one of the themes with instructions? Should I not add the /bluepearl directory and just dump them in the images directory? If so what happens if I have multiple themes and the image names are the same?

Can someone PLEASE help me here.. I have tried to install serveral themes but cant seem to get them to work. When I search for the xml file and click install it appears to be doing some thing them comes back and says what templates it's modified but no new theme shows up. I get no errors??? What am I doing wrong.
