Is there a 3.5 hack which rewards members for the number of referrals they make?

I want to reward members, by increasing their rank, relative to the number of referrals they have (as opposed to their post count, which the "rank" system currently uses).

I can see that the uCash hack includes the ability to reward referrals - but the hack also does a lot more - and all I need is the "referral awards".
