vb.org Archive - View Single Post - Mark threads as news items

It would be great to be able to make any thread as a news item in any forum. Then have the ability to show the latest news from all the forums in one central location.

This way, you don't need a specific news forum, the hack could pull all the news items from all over the site, and the threads can remain in the relevant forums.

Hope this makes sense.
