Sorry this has probably been asked many times but I did search for sometime.

I have a normal html front site entrance page (index.html) - 'entrance' button is directed and correctly configured to go to the domain/index.php which is the CMPS v1 page. But in actuality instead it goes to domain/forum/index.php.(vb 3.0.7)

The navbar within /domain/forum/index.php has a "home" link which goes correctly to domain/index.php (the CMPS index)

Hope thats clear - So

How to I get my front page (index.html) to correctly link to the VbAdvanced CMPS index (domain/index.php) rather than the forum (domain/forum/index.php)? causing everyone to miss out on the vbAdvanced CMPS portal.
