Does anyone know of a way to limit a users(or user groups) access, or ability to post within certain timeframes.

i would like to shut down posting abilities for a certain usergroup(secondary) from 8PM to 7AM, or some predefined window. In the best case, they will be allowed to read, just not post or edit.

If I i can not limit just posting, I will lock them out of the forum or redirect them during the timeperiod, but would prefer just to limit posting.

Any ideas?
