Skinning, I don't know tomuch about as I don't really have a need for it.

Management, I really don't care what the AdminCP looks LIek, as long as it works. In VB, it does.

Plugin system is outstanding in VB 3.5 Never found adding mods tobe easier.

Both versions are loaded with features, that would be a personalt pref as to which features you would find more usefull.

Ease of use. My answer would be biased here, as all I have used is VB. I have tryed out phpbb, and have worked with Ipb a little. But i can't honestly grade the other products.
