Do you want an 'ebay style' hack that allows your users to leave feedback to each other? If so, you are looking for Trader Ratings which has not been ported over to 3.5 yet.

If you want something (say in the postbit) to link to your user's eBay feedback page, then you want Add eBay Image and Username to PostBit which is for 3.0.7... Since I have not yet upgraded to 3.5, I can't tell you if it works the same or not as it is only a template mod... But, you could always try and if not, request it to be ported
