Wanted to confirm that I'm using Version 0.95c

I have tried the same thing and I'm using Internet Explorer. It doesn't show up for me either. The bold, italics, and change color all work properly. It's just the glow that doesn't show up. When you go through the purchase process, it even shows a sample of how the Glow will look, but when you purchase, it doesn't change anything.
