I downloaded the zip file again and there is no file in the fileedit file in the xml folder.

canadminsettings does not exist in vb 3.5 so I think this file is for 3.0.x

Can you please check this again Michael and name the zip file in a different way so that its clear that it has changed?

Importing the file as Product or Plugin is not working.
