HTML>PHP xD..noh, but I know HTML alot better than PHP, I am getting there..but it will take a while..but I still know quite a bit about vBulletin itself, you can learn/have/conrol vBulletin without having ANY knowledge of PHP, honestly I believe you can EASILY install hacks without having any knowledge of php/HTML. Just my $.2
