Do you see my banner how it goes off to the right side of the screen, when you shrink the width of the screen (for example, with the favorites bar in MSIE)?

I have asked several people how to make it so that instead of the banner doing that, just let the banner get cut off to the right side of the screen so you see less of the right side of the banner the more you shrink the screen.

Does anyone know the programming for this? Pretty please, look at my code and if you can figure it out I would be totally grateful.
