Ok, I finally sussed it and thank you cloudrunner.

The fix wasnt very clear in my head, as when I tried to save after carrying out the fix, it did nothing, but here is what i done for the

'Could not find phrase 'adv_portal_must_choose_0_include' problem

I went to vbulletin vBa CMPS menu in admin cp

I clicked on add new module

I selected the PHP File option

I then added the parameters like this

I named it donations2

File to include: selected donate.php

Module parent: selected None

Templates Used entered the following

adv_portal_donate
adv_portal_donate_goals
adv_portal_donate_goals_user

Clean File Output: selected NO

Selected my permisions and hit save......voila!!!! a block in all its glory.
