Yes, though in Firefox I wouldn't call it a 404 ban in its current state.

Though... that's not altogether a bad thing. The problem with 404 bans is the link to your site's main page where in my case at least, the page shows as normal.

Still, either way it irritates my victims and goes nicely with my collection of ban methods.
