I changed the header template to adjust a hyperlink. But none of the pages are displaying the change. The forums... the image link in the header that reads "REVIEWS" is suppose to direct to /knowledge.sht... and not /reviews...

I searched the vBulletin documentation but could not find the correct CHMOD for the upload files. Are the php files all suppose to be 755 and the sub-directories (folders) 777? I have not set this since the upgrade and I suppose this could be part of the problem...
