And what about not just a image uploader, but a file uploader, but with more options like...once a user posts 100 times they get 5 megs per file, and then 500 posts they get 30 megs etc, this would be set by the admin in the admincp for what they would like.

Would this be possible to make, and is anyone willing to make it?
