They don't post... They don't spam anything in the profile.. they just register like 5-6 names... I see no really purpose for this but I want it to stop cus its clogging up my userdb...

I believe there's a setting to prevent this where the registering user has to type in the letters off an image.

vbulletin options > user registration options > image verification

Also, on my site I prune users who haven't even logged onto the site in 90+ days. It keeps my memberlist relatively lean.
