I have a style that I want to use that obscures the fonts to where they are barely readable (no matter the color of the font). Is there any way way to markup the font in the nav bar and cat sections? I would like to make the text glow. I know I can make a background color, but I don't really want a boxed in/highlighted text. Is this possible?

Wasn't sure where to post this, sorry if it is in the wrong place.
