The only way I can see going about making a copy is to download it and uploading it.
In the Style Manager click "Download" in the drop down box.
Then Re-upload it but I'd suggest changing the names to prevent conflict.

For the fixed width go to the Style Manager and select "StyleVars" from the drop down box.
In the field labled "Main Table Width (pixels or percentage)"
