i have changed some things in VBexternal and delivered this portal home.
forum home/portal home thing is tough decision becuase regular forum members dont like this kind of forum home. But potential members likes this

because of that, i am forcing members to come back to forum home with navigation drawing

server load? much lower becuase i am caching the portal output and pulling it via custom VBpage
