You need someone to do your header so that it fits in with the rest of the scheme. The "blitzen" style, as it stands, is alright, but could get a nice facelift if you have someone do that one thing.

Also, the default style you have has, in my opinion, a very ugly header and you should disable that default style.

I like the colour scheme and the red on white/gray really works well. Get someone to do a header for you with that colour scheme. Try "graphics requests" on this site.
