Sup guys and gals,

See, my site is about trading, so we have ALOT of people who register just to get peoples AIM and just never post, so if he scams someone..I do not have his IP so I cannot ban him because it takes IP's only uppon a post..can someone please help me with this

..it might be in default vB..but I sure as heck didnt see it.
