Does anyone know how I would make all posts by one or more usergroups tachy - but only within a specific forum. In other words...

In the AdminCP>Forums & Moderators>Forum Manager>Edit Forum - I want to have a box to list usergroup ids who's posts within that forum would Tachy goes to Coventry.

So an entry within this box such as 1,2,3 would make posts by usergroups 1, 2, and 3 visible only to themselves, but other usergroups would be able to view them all. Also, it's important that usergroups not listed in the Forum Manager would be able to view all posts as they normally would.
