Yes, that's what happens to me. If I want it to end at 7:30pm central time on August 14th. I have to set it to end at 1:30am August 15th, so that it adjusts to the correct time after submitting. It's kind of annoying that it doesn't show up as the time I choose, really the only problem I have with the hack though.
