I thought I had seen this before. But i'm not quite sure.

I know about the cmps and front page block for journals, but I do have people that still say they don't kno wwhen others post one because they're to lazy to actually scroll down the page to the bottom.

currently this version doesn't have that feature but it is possible for version 2
