I agree, too many forums. Compress and then expand as you get more activity.

The style could do with some work too. The whole white background and table thing doesn't look good. A tip from me, always have some difference in colour from your background to your tables. Otherwise the forum table just blends in with your background, with a few borders around it - not a good effect.
