Something like <if condition="$bbuserinfo[usergroupid]==x"><a href="link bla bla"></a></if>

You'd have to replace 'x' with the usergroup number that you want the link to appear for. You can find those in your Admin CP. Then place it in the relevant spot in your navbar template.
