In postbit(_legacy), add <if condition="$bbuserinfo['fieldx']">Gender - <img src="$stylevar[misc]/$bbuserinfo[fieldx].gif"></if>

You will need to make .gif images for each option and name them as per the option (Male.gif, Female.gif and Undefined.gif).
