Doing this would help massively with integrating vb into what will be a 100% Strict site. But will it cause any problems for the board?

I know vb is transitional and that you can change the doctype in the stylevars, but will it adversely after how any pages display as far as anyone is aware?

(obviously I could try it and see, but that's a lot of pages to check and I thought someone might know
