4) your favicon.ico isn't showing up properly, or if it is, it's odd. it's a black box and it's annoying. change it to something that contrasts heavily like that orange on top of black, so it stands out.

5) If you're not using 3.5x, do it now, before you add anything that'll make the transition difficult.

All in all, nice simple design! Good job!

I will unlikely be updating to 3.5x anytime soon. I held onto 2.0.x for over 3 years.
