I think a true theme for 56k is composed with less images (or see here, with less sized imgs), and with some cutted code and options (WYSIWYG, and other types of code that only eat bandwidth for 56k or less users)

1) I have pwnd off many images that I have deemed "unnecisarry", such as the post keys.
2) Don't users have the choice to use WYSIWYG? Even before I was an admin I knew how to shut that off/on in my controls.
3) I wouldn't download this skin until my next update. (soon)
