Dammit, when I changed the mail server to what you said, I got this error. Even though I change it back, I still get the same error. And yes I did Chmod it.

You need to contact your server to find out how it handles mail for you. If you have SMTP mail then the SMTP mail server needs to allow you to send mail without requiring you to log into the server.
