I'm using vbulletin for an intranet at work and they need a system coded that will allow a person to enter details of an account and save it in a database. This data then needs to be editable and searchable. The fields wanted are card number (not credit card), Account name and ID, payment date and amount as well as who was the user who entered it.

Does anyone know of a hack out there that does this or can itself be hacked for this function? Also if anyone can make it for me I am willing to pay.
