Sorry about that. I have had alot of attacks on my site so I have had to ban alot of IP ranges. If you would like to take a look feel free to send my your range & I will take it off. Maybe when I get a bit more knowledgable I'll make a hack that limits the amount of guests that connect to the forum at one time.
Thanx for the comments I will take them into account. As I said it is only early days yet so it is all just a process.

P.S I like extremepixel styles and just got a big tax check so I brought all the skins
