[Confusion]

into my dl_add.php

The File is named "Test" and the Author is named "-".

If I click on the Downloadlink I got this:

You don't have permission to access /forum/downloads/ - JAD [15331].rar on this server.

All Files I add has CHMOD 600??? Why this?

Can anybody help me at this Problem?
