Well, it looks as if there are two problems here, first the postbit/postbit_legacy template in the second style, do not appear to be changed to show the links/buttons. You will have to edit these templates also. In reality, you will have to do all the edits suggested, in the instructions, which affect standard vBulletin templates, in every style you are using. I do not know of any other way to do that.

As for the warn_* templates that do not appear in the second style, I do not know, how did you copied them? There is a thread here, for a hack that allows you to copy templates from one style to the other, did you try to use that?
