Ya, it was done rather quick . My username messes up because of the lenght of my name and the lenght of the table row you have set. Your also missing a few closing </td>'s. Anyway, not to show you up or anything, but I recoded what it should be and attached a screenshot of what I was seeing and what my code will do.

Of course you will have to add the <if> statements for the colspan="".
