So you got members that have been around since 1991 and have got HUGE rep power. n00bies come along and the oldies don't want to destroy there rep but would like to be able to pick how much rep to give/take away. Like 4 instead of 20. Is there a hack here to do that? I've seen it on one site (SEOChat). There's a box where you can, but don't have to, enter a number while you enter the message and approve/disapprove. Then it gives/takes that number, up to the max they can give/take with out the number.

Heck, I got 666 rep power, and that would REALLY destroy them!!!!
